Justice

If you’re someone whose organizing principle is Justice, you approach situations with an eye toward fairness and equality. You’re hyper-aware of symmetry—that what’s available to one should be available to all. You’re uncomfortable with elites, and with discussions around good, better, and best. Your main concern is access, availability, and equity. This quality, like the others, has a light side and a shadow side. The shadow side of those driven by Justice can be a judgmental streak.
