If you’re someone whose organizing principle is Truth, you like to drive toward the fundamentals of every conversation, every situation, in order to get at its underlying truth. You’re compelled to unearth what’s really going on, and to have that articulated explicitly. You’re extremely uncomfortable by “elephants in the room” and you’re often the one who points right at them, calls them out, consequences be damned. This quality, like the others, has a light side and a shadow side. The shadow side of those driven by Truth can be bluntness and insensitivity.
